Visiting the website and server logs
The website is hosted on a server in Germany operated by Hetzner Online GmbH, Industriestr. 25, 91710 Gunzenhausen. When you visit, the server stores technically necessary information: IP address, date and time, requested address, amount of data transferred, browser and operating system. This serves secure operation and the defense against attacks (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). The logs are deleted after 7 days. A data processing agreement is in place with the hosting provider.
Fonts and content
All fonts, images and scripts are loaded from our own server. Nothing is transmitted to Google Fonts, content delivery networks or analytics services.
Contact by email
If you write to us, we process your details to answer your inquiry and prepare a possible project (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). If no order results, we delete the message no later than 6 months after the last contact, unless a retention obligation applies.
Contact form
Through the form you send us your name, email address, message and, optionally, your company. We use these details only to answer your request and prepare a possible project (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). The form sends the details encrypted to our server in Germany, which forwards them to us as an email. The message is not stored on the web server. Deletion follows the same rules as requests by email.
To protect against spam (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR), your browser solves a small computing task before sending; no data is transferred to third parties and no cookies are set. To limit mass submissions, we store an encrypted, non-reversible value derived from your IP address for no more than 24 hours. A hidden field detects automated entries.
Data in customer projects
For integrations that we operate for customers, we conclude a separate data processing agreement under Art. 28 GDPR. This privacy policy applies only to the website.
Your rights
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection (Art. 15 to 21 GDPR). An informal email to the address above is enough. You can also lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority, for example the Spanish Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (aepd.es) or the authority at your place of residence or work.
