< Connect systems directly >
Software islands? We connect them.
Your shop should talk to your ERP, and your ERP to DATEV? We program the integration directly from A to B. No subscription platform in between, at a fixed price, and the code is yours.
- Online shopOrders ⇄ stockERP
- ERPInvoices → dailyAccounting
- Industry softwareClients ⇄ bookingsCRM
The technology behind it
We speak your systems’ language.
REST, SOAP, GraphQL, WebSocket or straight to the database: we use whatever route your systems offer. This is what it looks like in code.
Integration types
REST API
Representational State Transfer
// REST request with the Fetch API
fetch('https://api.example.com/users', {
method: 'GET',
headers: {
'Content-Type': 'application/json',
'Authorization': 'Bearer your_token_here'
}
})
.then(response => response.json())
.then(data => console.log('User data:', data))
.catch(error => console.error('Error:', error));- Clear endpoints
- HTTP methods
- Stateless
SOAP API
Simple Object Access Protocol
<!-- SOAP request for customer data -->
<soapenv:Envelope
xmlns:soapenv="http://schemas.xmlsoap.org/soap/envelope/">
<soapenv:Header/>
<soapenv:Body>
<GetUserData xmlns="http://example.com/soap">
<UserId>12345</UserId>
</GetUserData>
</soapenv:Body>
</soapenv:Envelope>- XML messages
- Fixed contract via WSDL
- Stateful
GraphQL
Query language for APIs
// GraphQL query with the Fetch API
const query = `{
user(id: "12345") {
name
email
posts { title content }
}
}`;
fetch('https://api.example.com/graphql', {
method: 'POST',
headers: { 'Content-Type': 'application/json' },
body: JSON.stringify({ query })
})
.then(response => response.json())
.then(data => console.log(data));- Only the fields you need
- One endpoint
- Schema-based
WebSocket
Real-time protocol
// WebSocket connection in JavaScript
const socket = new WebSocket('wss://example.com/ws');
socket.onopen = () => {
socket.send(JSON.stringify({ message: 'Hello' }));
};
socket.onmessage = event => {
const data = JSON.parse(event.data);
console.log('Received:', data);
};
socket.onclose = () => console.log('WebSocket closed');- Two-way communication
- Persistent connection
- Real time
Database
Direct access when there is no API
# MySQL connection in Python
import mysql.connector
conn = mysql.connector.connect(
host="localhost",
user="username",
password="password",
database="test_db"
)
cursor = conn.cursor()
cursor.execute("SELECT * FROM users")
for row in cursor:
print(row)
conn.close()- Read and write

Processes that simply run
Integrations for every need. Programmed for your processes.
Shop and ERP
Orders, stock levels, prices and shipping status flow automatically between Shopware, Shopify or WooCommerce and JTL, Xentral or SAP.
Accounting and e-invoicing
Invoices and receipts go straight to DATEV or lexoffice. We also generate and receive XRechnung and ZUGFeRD e-invoices.
Legacy systems without an API
Your industry software has no API? We read its database, file export or SOAP service and turn it into a clean connection.
- Shopware → JTL27 orders transferredOK
- JTL → Shopware318 stock levels updatedOK
- JTL → DATEV42 invoices as posting batchOK
- Practice software → HubSpot7 new appointmentsOK
- Xentral → ShopifyAPI not responding, retry in 5 minRETRY
- Xentral → ShopifyPrices synchronizedOK
Whatever the system. We connect it.
We connect modern cloud software with an API directly. Older programs without an API we read via the database, a file export or a SOAP service. In the end, your systems exchange data automatically, with logging and alerts on errors.

How we work
Integration check
A 30-minute call: Which systems, which data, how often? Afterwards you know whether and how it works.
Step 1freeFixed-price quote
Data flow as a sketch, clear scope, fixed price. No open-ended billable hours.
Step 2in 3 working daysBuild and test
We develop against test systems. You check with real sample cases, then it goes live.
Step 3usually 2 to 4 weeksOperation
Monitoring, alerts on errors, a heads-up on announced API changes. All you notice is that it works.
Step 4cancellable monthlyHosting in Germany
Your integrations run on our servers in Germany, with a data processing agreement. On yours if you prefer.
IncludedDPA under GDPRThe code is yours
You receive source code and documentation. You can leave operation with us or take it over yourself.

Frequently asked questions
Why not just use Zapier or Make?
For simple workflows, that is often the right choice, and we will tell you so. Once legacy systems, large data volumes, custom business logic or data protection requirements come in, a no-code tool gets expensive and error-prone. Then a programmed integration costs less.
What does an integration cost?
A simple connection between two systems starts at €1,900 net, projects with several systems at €4,900. Operation starts at €149 per month. We give you the exact fixed price after the free integration check.
Where is my data processed?
By default on our servers in Germany. We sign a data processing agreement and store only what the data exchange requires. If you prefer, the integration runs on your own server.
What happens if a vendor changes its API?
With the operation subscription, we follow vendor announcements and let you know in good time. You receive the adjustment as a fixed-price quote. Our monitoring usually detects outages before you do.
Does the German e-invoicing mandate affect me?
All businesses in Germany have had to receive e-invoices since 2025. You must send them from January 1, 2027 if your prior-year revenue exceeded €800,000; from 2028 this applies to everyone. In the check, we look at what your software can already do.
Pricing
Fixed price. No surprises.
After the free integration check, you get a fixed-price quote within three working days. These figures show where it starts.

Two systems, one clearly defined task, for example shop orders as a DATEV posting batch.
- Fixed price after a free check
- Quote within 3 working days
- Usually built in 2 to 4 weeks
- Source code and documentation are yours
- Shop, ERP and accounting
Multiple systems
from 4,900 €
net, one-off
More than two systems or data in several directions, such as shop, ERP and accounting in one project.
- Everything in “Simple connection”
- Data flows in both directions
- One project, one contact person
- Tested with real sample cases before go-live
Operation
from 149 €
net per month
Your integration runs and is monitored. All you notice is that it works.
- Hosting in Germany with a DPA
- Monitoring and alerts on errors
- Notice of API changes
- Cancel monthly
All prices net. The exact fixed price depends on which data flows and how much logic sits in between.
The team
Two people, one integration at a time.
No call center and no changing responsibilities. You talk to the person who plans your project and to the person who programs and runs it.
